Description: 1931 Ford pickup built in the 60's. This truck is a neat truck with a 59 AB flathead conversion installed 40+ years ago. This truck runs and drives excellent at highway speeds. The installation of the engine and transmission was done by Kenz-Leslie in Denver, Colorado in the late 60's. Cab, bed and hood are all in excellent condition. Fenders and splash aprons are fiberglass. Paint has been spotted in a few places since the truck was originally done. It has a great patina that I would not redo, it is a true 60's look. Interior is a black rolled pattern thru out. All panels including door, rear cab around rear window and headliner all match in the black rolled pattern. The interior is in excellent condition. The dash and door moldings are chrome. Dash has an extra set of gauges, oil pressure, water temp and amperes. This panel is mounted above the steering column. The steering column tube is also channeled. The truck is equipped with hydraulic brakes on all 4 wheels and has a 1939 3 speed synchronized transmission. There is also a hot water heater under the dash. This truck runs good , looks good and is ready to take to car shows or drive daily. It has a real nostalgia look and the flathead makes it a good running truck. Top is a power operated unit made of burgundy canvas material that matches the paint work. Wheels and steering wheel are by Colorado Customs. Tires are like new. The underside of the car is clean and well done. Radio is a stock appearing unit but has been converted to AM/FM . Doors have had the handles shaved and entry is by way of remote poppers.
