| Super straight original 1935 Ford 2 door Sedan with original paint. This barn fresh classic has one small rust hole in the lower rear front fender and some rust thru at the rear bumper mount area. That is it for any visible rust. The original flathead has been replaced at some time with a newer model , believed to be a 1946 59A-B model year flathead. Rest of drive train is original. Brakes and suspension are all original as well. The engine will run with a secondary gas supply at this time, have not cleaned fuel tank. The glass is good except for the 2 door pieces they have some cracking started. Bumpers are straight and all guards are in place. The spare tire is complete and appears to be original. Seats have been recovered at some point with green cloth not correct for car. Everything inside the car is complete and original. At some point a set of gauges have been added . The roof is solid and does not leak, but is showing some age but is the original . Wire wheels and hubcaps are in above average condition, tire have good tread but are showing side wall cracking. Original paint is thin and have the normal small dents and scratches for a car of this age. Grille is in good shape with a small piece missing by the crank hole and the trim is missing as well. The hood ornament is missing as is the 4 chrome passenger hood side trim pieces. Overall a very complete, solid original classic. Would make a great starting point for whatever you may have in mind, stock, street rod, restoration or use as is with the original paint as a survivor. |
