1951 willys jeepster. We are liquidating this car for an estate and as with the other cars from this group the workmanship is excellent. It appears that the body is very good. I dont see any indications of rust or dent repair, even the floor pans look very good. Paint is not show quality but is good. Bumpers, mouldings, grille and trim are excellent. The dash is very nice and original other than the installation of a radio. The steering column is a chevy tilt column that looks like it belongs. The upholstery, carpet and top all look new. The drivetrain is the highlight of the car. 4.6 lincoln mark VIII engine and trans. 9" Ford rear differential. (The engine is painted to match and it's truly amazing how well it looks and fits in the engine compartment). Mustang II front suspension with disc brakes and power rack and pinion. The car runs and drives excellent and is an absolute blast to drive. It had a matching trailer. Ot is actually a Sears Allstate model # 231-963. Research indicates this is a 56 or 57. The willys and matching trailer make a very neat combination and certainly catches the eye, as well as draws question as to where in the world you got the trailer.
